The most important part about slowing down and practicing mindfulness is taking care of yourself in the process. When you take time to tend to your mind, heart, body, and Soul, you discover so much about who you really are, and what lights you up! When you begin to see the beauty within yourself, you will see the inherent beauty all around us. Now is the time - the world needs you to be gentle and kind to yourself.

In the mornings, you are clear and refreshed. Take advantage of the first few moments of the day by engaging in a mindfulness practice. Experience the magic of tending to your soul!

This course has 5 days of content, about 10-20 minutes per day. You are invited to open each module in the morning and follow the prompts and/or videos. You may go 5 days consecutively, or a little bit at a time. When you are finished with the 5 days, you can go back and review the content or do the prompts again for 5 full weeks!
