Yoga changed the way I see and navigate the world. As a yoga teacher for 4 years now, I continue to see the benefits of yoga in my own life. I feel stronger mentally, emotionally, and physically. I created this course so that you can practice yoga safely in your own home. Each flow is for all levels (beginners welcome!) between 20-30 minutes and it will target a specific part of the body. My hope is that after completing each flow you will feel centered, energized, calm, and inspired!


After completing the 5 days at your own pace, you will have access to revisit the content for one full year. Thank you for slowing down and taking care of your body. It is such important work. I appreciate you!
